I wanted to order something, but didn't know what, so Just pointed at random things, and was seated. A few minutes later, my order arrived: "chilled" udon.

Cold udon (such as Zaru Udon or Bukkake Udon) is a popular Japanese chilled noodle dish made with thick, chewy wheat noodles.
